Government Update
MediQuant was selected by the US Defense Health Agency (DHA) to help consolidate all clinical data across the Military Health System as it transitions to a new enterprise EHR platform.
The system jointly serves the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force, with 9.5 million beneficiaries, 150,000 staff members, 1,300 locations worldwide and 723 Military Treatment Facilities. MediQuant has achieved significant milestones since the project began, including fully archiving the entire Enterprise Blood Management System (EBMS), the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) EHR for 28 facilities. We have also archived and enabled FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) services for the Essentris/CIS inpatient records system at 36 facilities. MediQuant is currently working on archiving the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA), 40 million patients, expected to be complete in 2025.
