Enhancing Implementations Through Client Insights

by | Mar 13, 2025

MediQuant values the trust that our clients place in us. That’s why your feedback is more than input—it provides valuable insights about ways we can enhance the implementation process and experience to better meet your needs.

MediQuant conducts Project Quality Interviews (PQIs) at the conclusion of implementations to gather valuable feedback on the Client experience that we leverage to inform and continuously improve our approach. PQIs have replaced emailed surveys that were often overlooked or lost to spam filters.

Project Quality Interviews are brief meetings with key Client team members where we ask a series of questions to:

  • Rate their overall implementation experience
  • Offer suggestions for process or product improvements
  • Recognize project team members for their contributions

Client ratings and feedback are documented, reviewed, and shared internally with the appropriate MediQuant teams. We appreciate the time clients take for these interviews and are committed to acting on areas for improvement while also celebrating the great work our teams do.

While in its early stages, the PQI process will grow in 2025 to include interim or mid-point, project interviews and enterprise conversations as well. We’re looking forward to expanding these conversations and spending more time with our clients to hear how we can create a more positive experience and increased satisfaction.
