Join Tony Paparella for his Active Record Retention and Legacy System Decommissioning session on Thursday, April 20th, at 9AM

MediQuant President, Tony Paparella, has been selected as a speaker at the 2017 NMHIMA Spring Conference in Albuquerque. Paparella’s presentation, titled “Active Record Retention and Legacy System Decommissioning: Use Cases and Lessons Learned from Successful Projects”, will be held on Thursday, April 20th, at 9AM.

The presentation will offer a strategic perspective on legacy decommissioning and focus on best practices and lessons learned from successful legacy application retirement projects. Paparella plans to illustrate how assembling the right team is a critical success factor, as well as how consolidating legacy data from disparate, retired systems yields significant cost savings and efficiencies for healthcare systems.

The NMHIMA Spring Conference takes place April 20-21 at the University of New Mexico Continuing Education Conference Center. If you’re attending, be sure to join Paparella for his session on Thursday morning at 9:00.
